Local business celebrates second anniversary

Southbourne based jewellery and accessories boutique, Sugar Mango, is currently celebrating its second anniversary by launching their exclusive new jewellery parties.

Statistics show that 85% of working women rarely have time for themselves as they are juggling hectic lifestyles and splitting their time between work and home life.

Sugar Mango is co-owned by businesswomen Alison and Heather. All the jewellery is designed by Alison, who travels to India to select the semi precious stones ensuring a premium quality and blending them together into beautiful colour combinations of unique one off pieces, where they are then handcrafted in silver.

Heather remarked; “With an increase in mums heading back to work due to the recession, it’s even more important that they take time out for themselves. The unique Sugar Mango shopping evening allows women to browse the stock in the shop outside of working hours. It means that ladies can socialise with a group of friends with a glass of wine at the same time as trying on the gorgeous jewellery and perusing gifts and accessories. What’s more, the hostess gets to choose jewellery to the value of 15% of the total sales received on the evening.”
